This movie was far scarier than most modern horror movies. It bases much of its horror off of extreme suspense and not cheap jump scares, which puts you on edge throughout the entire film.

Sometimes the fear of the unknown is much more horrifying than that which we can imagine. This movie is a perfect example of that!!! And Bryce Dallas Howard...I performance is Joaquin Phoenix and Adrian Brody...just ...everyone did a beautiful job. This is one of the new classics. Absolutely phenomenal!!!

I watched this movie several times when I was younger movie lover. Recently I fired it up and when the opening sequence starts and all the cast names start popping up you just go wow, wow, wooow! Such a good movie with fantastic cast.

This film is a masterpiece... I watched it like 8 years ago and i didn´t remember anything about the film... It was so fresh to see, loved the idea of keeping the next generation safe from the outside world. Didn´t expect half of the things that happened in the film. The cast is just wonderful, Joaquin and Brynce played their roles perfectly they make you feel their " weird love" and Adrien as Noah its just PERFECT. Definitely one of my favourties films of all time, I dont really understand the hate...

they really failed in marketing this film. it is not a horror movie, at all, it is a romance movie. I understand the backlash it got, I only wish they had marketed it better so people could truly appreciate how beautiful it is.

Watching the movie the second time around had its funny moments. When one of Ivy’s escorts is scared to go into the woods and Ivy tells him “It’s ok we have the magic rocks”🤣🤣🤣And she is wearing the special protective cloak🤣🤣🤣.

One of my absolute favorites! I named my daughter Ivy after her. M Night is a genius. This and "Split" are my two favorites but I love all of his films. I watched "Old" last night and I loved it. I cried big time which isn't easy to do to someone with such a suspenseful film.
