I've seen these cruise through our small town with less than 2000 people in rural wv I dont own a rivian but seeing their service truck all the way out there going to work says something about how good their service is

Not only is the service truck state-of-the-art, it's also a Rivian! Which means that they do everything with their own in-house product!

Awesome service 👍🏻. Seeing the tools strapped in the cab reminded me, I'd love to see you do a video on safely strapping down a spare wheel for vehicles that don't come with one (or the space for one). Without becoming a projectile in an accident in the boot in an SUV for example.
