Another exclusive stunning maga mansion! What an entrance Peter, the exterior of this home is beautiful 👌🏽, I love how this home is surrounded by privacy and mature palm trees 🌴, this homes open floor plan makes it a great entertainment space. You’re absolutely right I get vacation vibes when looking at this homes. No words for how amazing the backyard pool and waterfront are truly resort style living ! I'm Italian, I love the kitchen, plenty of room to cook, rest of house excellent. Outside looks like good privacy.😀

The thing I dislike most about most of these waterfront properties is the complete lack of privacy in the yard. But this place does everything right. There is a beautiful separation between the dock and the pool that creates an intimate cozy feeling, while still giving access to the water. The terrace off the master is so nice. The bedrooms are a little mid, and there doesn't really seem like enough space for cars, but I'm so blown away by the outdoor space that I don't really mind. I did notice the teardown next door that will probably be annoying for a year or more, but when things settle down I think this would be a really nice place to live.
