If nifty breaks 24000 this month. Then nifty PE will be below 22.5 for 1 year time period. Then bank nifty PE ratio is already so low its around 14.5. If nifty again comes below 24000 and if it goes below 23800 levels. Rsi for day chart will come under over sold territory. It will be like 23rd october last year see day chart for nifty. With rate cuts coming nifty will rally next month onwards if the above happens.
