On top of what everyone else has said, the probability doesn't really matter because we wouldn't be able to talk about it if the unlikely events hadn't happened...

It's like if you took a huge bag full of dice, sprawled it on the ground... then someone examines the results, finds some patterns and concludes that theese results were fine-tuned, and the probability of them landing exactly like that are ridiculously low... therefore you didnt just toss them randomly but rather just sat down and manually arranged those 1000's of dice to get those results.

The thing these people don’t seem to consider is that we aren’t counting on the chance of one thing happening, to produce what we know as our existence, but in reality each aspect of our existence would require a highly improbable chance to produce the reality that we now know.

Oh and it needs to keep happening to maintain or keep reproducing this reality.

Complete lack of understanding probabilities! A royal straight flush is no less likely than any other combination of 5 cards. All the outcomes are the same odds. It’s structure we’ve attached to it that makes it seem unlikely.

Yes, if you don't have a universe and start a universe at random, the chance of that universe supporting life is close to 0. But we're not in that situation, we are already in a universe, that supports life. The fact that we're able to ask this question makes the question obsolete. If our universe couldn't support life, we would not ask this question.
In essence, what he is asking is: Given that we're alive, what is the probability of our universe supporting life.

A gigantic flaw in his argument is that the fine tuning argument requires another universe to determine if the local one is fine tuned accidentally or purposefully.

A million things can happen in 1 year. Now multiply that by ~14 billion. An absolute gigantic amount of possibilities could have occurred in that time period.
