As someone who is very new to drones and has been shopping around for a while I will tell you that, personally, I am interested in either the Bugs 2C or 2SE because they are fun to fly and have decent power and battery life while also providing altitude hold. They may not be as fast as a racing drone, but they are fast enough for a newbie like myself to enjoy flying them. They are also some of the most budget friendly brushless motor drones around. So, for me the camera is not as important; it's more of an added bonus. Also, I know the Bugs 3 is faster than both of these variants, but since it doesn't have altitude hold I fear it is easier to lose since I'm so new to the sport. Final thought, if I am going to get a drone for high quality video, I would definitely pony up for a DJI or other superior brand. In all the videos I've reviewed, none of lesser brands can stack in terms of video and picture quality.

MJX fan here & the aircraft Aluminium look on B2se is tops. The H501 gets my vote here, for the adv.tx. all of the visual telemetries and its screen. Landyards clip gets in the way of ON-OFF switch, a small nuisance but outweighs having to buy AA batteries. Nice picks, as always & a good simple comparisons.

Completely agree...WTH can't these drone manufacturers just implement EIS...all I can say is that it must be much harder than it would seem because it's obvious what they need to do! Today if I wanted a lower cost (<$250) drone that can deliver stellar video today I'd purchase the Fimi A3 (on sale for $229 now) or pick up a refurbed Parrot Bebop 2 (now going for $199 - $250).

Yea I agree with you 100%, these platforms are pretty darn good for the price point but the cameras are $15 garbage they throw in them. I'm not super a super freak on photography but would like to be able to watch videos with out getting dizzy and throwing up.Guess that's why there is the spark. Have both Bugs 3 and Bugs 2c (Bugs3 mount underneath ) that I have flown with a $50 4K action camera on them with the stock camera Mt. and got way smoother useable video on the 3 for some reason. The Bugs 2 just wiggles around a little too much with the GPS holding position. Tried a cheap 2 axis gimbal but way too heavy.

I love my tello, pity about the distance, but I now have a xiaomi wifi repeater, it works, just haven’t tried it outside yet, but inside the video quality is so much better.

All the cameras on the SJRC or MJX drones just turned me off although I like their drones and price. If only they can have a decent camera like that on the spark... Thanks for a good review anyway.

Why doesn't one of these drone companies just make a $180 dollar drone that allows you to put your own action camera... or gopro on it and just provide us with a nice fpv flying. juice up the battery and distance and waterproof it for more safety.

The force1 f100 looks great. But I want to film places. I don't think the force1 f100 is good for that, because he doesn't have GPS and attitude hold and attitude lock and things like that. I am right, isn't it? The camera is most of the time poor, so I think it is better to place your own. What looks alike has that and is under $200?
