That sounds more like a stroke than a heart attack. Usually, a stroke happens when there is a blood clot in the brain which prevents oxygen from getting there, but a heart attack is usually a clot in an artery surrounding and providing oxygen to the heart muscle. So in the case of a heart attack, it is usually the heart muscle that is affected first.

Bruh this isn’t a heart attack this is a stroke. Heart attacks occur when blood vessels to the heart are blocked, strokes when blood vessels to the brain are blocked.
