No one is understanding my problem 😭 You so easily logged in to your account to modify your settings... But in my case, it's asking for a 6 digit code on the first step itself. So I'm not even able to login leave alone modifying further 😭

Be careful - you should probably blur your QR code - I accidentally added your account to my authenticator and others could do the same.

...the real question is: what if YOU ARE NOT LOGGED IN. the video assumes logged in status in the microsoft account. ...which requires the authenticator app to work. No support at all is possible as always always the first step is: log in to get support.
