This has happend to me before. All you have to do is click something that has to do with a QR code and if you have Roblox on your phone scan it and done!

Guys ive been through this problem you need to put ur real password and it might work if u dont and ur mom does not know enter ur moms gmail so the instruction will be sent to ur moms phone and ask her if there is any notification and if there is she can tell u, hope this helps!
