tried boiling water, didnt kill em. Tried pesticides from a pro, didn't kill them, tried pressure washer, didn't kill them. The insane part? I power washed them down the driveway 4 times, and they would start climbing back up the driveway in uniform back to the original spot. INSANE! The only thing that worked was getting a knife and cutting them in half.

In the uk the recycling team pick up our food waste once a week. But they just sling the food waste bin in our garden so they always get broken. Then in the summer we get maggots. It takes 13 weeks to get a new one

Years ago I washed out my bin with hot water & detergent, shortly after I got maggots & flies in it, I’ve never washed a bin out since & have never had maggots & flies since either.
