Pants go to the bar and talk to the black market guy, buy the tablet and hammer. You can also play blackjack in the backroom of the bar. Back at the office With the tablet you can take pictures and with the hammer you can hit the wrecks in the junkyard to get metal that you can sell once a week to the guy in the junkyard. Its such a fun game with developers that want to expand the game as much as they can!

Just fyi that car with big wheels at 10:59 is actually Soviet/Russian ВАЗ(LADA) 2104. Why is it there and why it has oversized wheels will remain a mystery, but at least now you know what it is.
