With about 42.3% of Detroit City citizens living below the US Poverty level (highest of all Major US Cities, source Wikipedia), does the City of Detroit City Council really deserve: a $76K per year salary + City Car, filled with City gas + City paid Cell Phone + City paid Healthcare (not to mention their City paid pensions)?
