He's asking her if her figure has led to mistreatment in the acting field. and he's trying to be so careful that he carefully rephrases it three times without saying something crude. he is the one on pins and needles, not her. what in the world is wrong with people?

If you'd watch the full interview and are able to put words in their context, you would come to the conclusion that these two are playing around quotes coming from the writings of critics of the time and did not originate from anything Parkinson himself proposed during this interview. Good grief, It's just a classic TV interview, nothing to get your balls in an uproar about. Also hilarious that the replies on this video are divided between "SEXISM! BOO!" and "SHE'S ATTRACTIVE" (disregarding any other non-physical qualities ms. Mirren might have). Sigh.
