I don't believe I see any difference in "quality". I think the Super 35 seemed more detailed but that's probably the closeup as opposed to the Full Frame which brought in the color of the Fall Foliage around you...

There is lots of talk of the super 35 mode for FF but It crops down so much and loose lots of resolution, and the also talks about that you get some extra reach with super 35, You Will NOT opticualy you just crop and that you can do In post.

Quick question. If I use the super 35 mode on my Sony a7rii with a crop factor of 1.5 on a 24mm lens, I get a 36mm focal length. Is it better to buy a 24mm and use super 35mm to get a 36mm rather than to buy a 35mm lens? Basically, Im getting two lenses in one
