Lesson 24: What's this?

These are REAL lessons. No actors. No scripts. A real learning experience.

Do you know a friend or family member who needs to learn English? Tell them they can learn along with Natasha as I teach her the basics of the English language.

I will not be posting captions (subtitles) on these early lessons. I want beginners to develop their listening skills. Happy Studies to all!

Hmm. This isn't really a common phrase. I suppose it's a colorful way to say that it's really cold, freezing cold.

I'll soon have a community forum on my website and you can post these kinds of questions there. Others can read and learn, too. :)

I've always watched your lovely videos and played them to my students. They enjoy then and are making a good progress. Thank you Jennifer!

Great question! Please know that "ain't" isn't standard grammar. It's a negative form of BE for any subject. See my comment below re: community forum. I had someone test out the forum for me about a week ago. The "test" question was about "ain't, " so once the forum is up (probably next week), you can see my fuller reply there. :)
