I cancel autopays from the payment app as soon as first transaction happens...and repurchase subscriptions every single time it expires....this way I don't have any autopays...also I save some additional days on offer too...

Yesterday only I received a SMS notification that Rs 200 deducted towards Facebook subscription.
Not knew how to cancel the same .
Asked Chat GPT and it guided categorically.
And then I cancelled the same and saw the transaction which was being deducted since October 24
Means I paid for a service which I never availed

Hi this auto pay has costed me 3 months of extra payment as I did from my debit card. Even after cancelling my subscription on YouTube it still gets deducted. Do you have any ideas for getting across as bank says they have no control. YouTube doesn’t seem to bother.

I immediately delete autopay from my upi app after buying subscription for a month, so that subscription won’t be auto renewed

In whole time only i pay on Netflix for onces because of all of us are dead series. And i cancel they subscription on that moments 😂

I disable auto pay for things that i actually use on a regular basis I have a list of things and i manually go and pay for them just keeps me out of convenience and keeps my budget in check
