Thanks for the description. How do you propose approaching these metrics when you work in a company with a suite of products and a PM is responsive for one product end to end, but acquisition numbers account for the company as a whole? For example, a customer experience platform with chatbots, live chat and email marketing offerings. How should the email marketing PM look at CAC in this situation when creating their models? Asking for a friend 😅
