Hi, I have problems running Eric and QT5, It installs ok but once installed it doesnt run just opens the startup window and then it crashes. Could you help me with this?

I couldn't install qt5 and qt5 tools. I even couldn't install Eric on my raspberry Pi. It's saying enable to fetch.or 404 not found error. I am doing it on windows 10. What could be the reason ? Can you plz help me with this ?
