Me as a person who was raised Christian, now revert to Islam. Christianity never made sense I used to questions so many things and every answer was always come down to blind faith. So it doesn’t matter if you have pre existing beliefs, it doesn’t blind you from all the problems in Christianity. I’ve been getting in debates with my mom recently, she told me when I was young I used to call her liar about the Bible’s teaching. Now I understand why I was saying these things, especially since now I’ve done enough research to justify what I was saying as a kid. If a religion is hard to explain, it can’t be from god. God is perfect.
