This guy seems to be sincere. His feelings towards Islam come from what he's been told for many years by non Muslims here in the west. Unfortunately for him, he has absorbed alot of lies about islam with no evidence to back it up (typical scenario). You can see in his body language how he starts to open up to the idea of islam towards the end of the video, expressing how he wants to learn more.
