Burnt ends taste burnt good! Nice to see Clint Bowyer around that area. Only been to Kansas City 7 times in my whole lifetime, great area to live in!

Chefs/owners, great job on the burnt ends, all that brisket beef concentration just runs down into the thin end of the brisket & then after more smoking the bark is delicious, for folks who have never had burnt ends, the meat is not burnt, it is juicy, tender, exceptional bark when smoked correctly like these feller performed

We really need Jaboody Dubs to start dubbing this guy again. Those Jaboody Fieri videos are absolute comedic gold.

Not my favorite spot in KC but I do love the atmosphere and vibe of BBs lawnside. A good spot with great music and the bbq is still decent.

Not unlike our society today in general, it's funny how many people come here wanting to slam KC bbq and claim to know what's really the best....and want to fight about it! The top bbq spot is whatever you like, I don't expect someone from TX, Memphis or NC to necessarily enjoy what we like. As one travels around each region and tries a spot, it's not about competition for everyone but just trying their version. Embrace your bbq brethren and be open to trying something new. Can't speak to BBs but we always do well with Joes, it's so reliable and solid. They don't soak anything in sauce, it's on the table. Everything we normally have, burnt ends and sliced brisket, is smoked just right. We get it by the LB to go and make our own sandwiches for less than $7ea which is nice.

I wouldn't say BB's is the best BBQ in KC. It's good, but there are classic spots that are much better. Of course, BBQ places in KC that aren't good won't be open long. Love my hometown.

I have been doing BBQ for 40+ years and have never heard of tenderizer in any rub, for any meat, EVER.

Never heard of someone having to use meat tenderizer in a brisket rub. I thought someone's skill as a pitmaster was the tenderizer

I would have like some of the fat burnt ends also.
