When i move back to northeast Tennessee to take care of my elderly father I might buy a couple of these sxag v-ride standing mowers in both 36" and 52" cutting deck models.

One of the biggest scag dealers in the southeast is Boones creek outdoor power equipment located near gray, tn in the tri cities about 25 miles from my dad's house.

FYI protero has a new design on their bagger. They are off to the side just like a scag but with the clam shell. I am out of new hope MN same city as Protero. Bob used my Ferris to make his new stand on bagger design. I do like the dump from operator position. I use my scags with the mulch kit I absolutely love them for mulching leaves. I run scag, Ferris and walkers. Great video thanks for sharing

just got the scag v ride II 48 for our business and we are struggling with leveling the deck, setting blade height to the same setting as the side of mower (like if it says 4 inches it is cutting at 4 inches) and setting the pitch. In the instructions all these adjustments are made the same so it makes hard to figure out what to do and we just keep going in circles doing it

Somebody has a new Wow you are done with cleanups I start mine tomorrow. At least my final rounds.... I lost about 30% or so of my cleanups to people doing it themselves being home... But I have plenty. Will be nice to hopefully get them all done within the next 3 weeks. I hope the weather cooperates which we both know never happens. Nice vid

I use Silicone Caulk on things like that wingnut you had trouble with. It doesn't hold like Loctite, but adds enough resistance to stop a nut from vibrating loose, and you can remove it easily when need be.

200 hours in about 2 months is quite a bit. I get around 300 hours of mowing total for the season. I like the maxfill systems for stand on mowers. Nice review Randy.

Really enjoyed this video. And if I was you I would buy demo a 61 vride 2 just to see if that is what fits your needs before you sped the 11k. But I think that the 61 would fit your needs better because you already have 2 52’s and 2 56’s I think it wouldn’t hurt to have a 61. Have a great day

I run a 66 super z the scag have a 33 cub cadet and 30 Toro turfmaster for gated. Only do smaller gated yards that can be done in a timely manner with the smaller mowers. I have a 3 man crew so that helps. My business is me and my 2 oldest sons.

61” for wide open spaces bro it’s amazing on for our bigger properties. you are right about a 52” we need one for those tighter spaces plus a bit more maneuverable than the 61”

Great to see the little guy on the Scag. By the way, my Ferris Z1 36" is still up for grabs. Less than 200 hours. I'm giving up my side gig mowing yards. Love my walker by the way. Thanks again for all your work producing content. It's always very helpful. Blessings to you and your family.

Hello! I am curious as to why you said some mowers cut good in your area but some do not? What type of grasses do you mow and what's an avg height?. I demoed a vride and it cut horrible. But demoed a turf tiger and it cut amazing. Maybe the vride needed a deck adjustment?. I want the vride as it was a blast to operate.
