I work from home and love it. I make sure my productivity stays high and constantly hit better numbers from home than i do in the office. Gota make sure the higher ups see better performance otherwise it could easily be pushed away. Thankfully they understand as well but no way I will give them a reason to ever doubt otherwise. I could easily do this until I die rather than retire.

6:00 I think you're describing the wrong way of the commercial real estate collapse. You are describing sale prices sagging over time which of course would be slow. The more likely crash coming up doesn't involve sales, but instead landlords with no tenants defaulting on their loans and banks seizing properties. Entirely different and much quicker.

IMHO the Fed is unlikely to pump the brakes any time soon. Inflation has proven to be more resistant than they anticipated, and they'll have no choice but to inflict more pain on the economy in order to rein inflation in. These measures will gradually cause more and more hardship as they work their way through the economy. I hope that I"m wrong, but most of what I see points in that direction.
