Those fritters look so good. I've had this dish before, just the right amount of sweet and salty.

Yesss!! Looks delicious especially when it’s warm I would eat with some nice corn beef or salt fish, Yummy!
Looking forward to more recipes now it’s getting cold some soup recipes would be nice 😉👍🏽. I used to live out in Rexdale about 20yrs ago when I had access to nuff Jamaican restaurants and groceries, but now I live in Minnesota where we have 2 Jamaican restaurants and May 3 WestIndian grocery stores in the entire city!! 😔

Condensed milk, no, too sweet. The island I grew up on, we never put saltfish in banana fritters. To each his own I guess. I will try it your way, without that milk.
