the best banana fritters ever, , try it this way, into a blender add the bananas, add sugar according to your likes, full cream milk 4 table spoons, all purpose flour depending on the consistency, vanilla essence, nutmeg powder a little, cinnamon powder a little, and a pinch of salt. blend everthing into a smooth paste, into a pan add oil and shallow fry it till golden brown on eithet sides. cook on medium heat. this is how i make it...keep it simple....enjoy happy eating...
