A reminder that he is only speaking from a meta and ease of use standpoint.

Jinhsi is incredibly powerful, easy to play, and will likely get a huge boost in 1.2 when Zhezhi comes out.

Changli seems to be pretty strong as a main DPS - but not quite as strong as Jinhsi. And she is also harder to use. And while she can act as a buffer, the high field time required to do her job, lack of coordinated attacks, lack of fully synergistic characters (aside from maybe Chixia) and shorter buff duration means she doesn't really provide as much value as a dedicated sub-DPS like Yinlin.

That said, pull who you like! Even if Changli isn't as impactful as Jinhsi from a pure "meta" perspective, I'm sure she will also be very strong. And she will probably get a bump in the future if they release a powerful burst damage dealer in the fusion element.

Spoilers: It's expected because she's a 2nd reawakening character. (survived through overclock) I think every 2nd reawakening characters are going to be broken like the emanators in hsr.

She is extremely broken. Damage and ease of play wise, she’s cracked. Anyone that thinks he’s wrong is objectively wrong themselves. Only problem is, her play style is hella boring cos it becomes too easy. That’s the only draw back. It’s like neuvilette for Genshin. Stupidly strong, too easy to play so can get boring

CR0:+ weapon: Strong can clear any thing with the right team and echos.
CR3+ weapon: Stronger clear time faster.
CR6+ weapon: Under 1 min dealing 1mil damage.

AFAIK autumntrace doesnt work because jinhsi in her enhance BA is consider skill dmg and doesnt trigger the weapon effect or you waste time using your normal BA for stacks.

By the time I hit lvl 45, Jinshi dropped. I rerolled for S1 Jinshi + weapon the moment I understood her kit and never looked back. Sitting at around 20k astrite and skipping changli and 1.2.

Fun fact: you have no need to count the basic attack whenever 4 basic attack combo done, skill glow and you can easily see that.
Meanwhile: do unga punga basic attack and whenever skill glow, just click it, simple as that

Lost 50 50 and got jianxin in 70 pulls. Got jinshi in 80th pull😎. Today was lucky, got appreciated in work as well. Now saving all till next magistrate🎉🎉

basically she has air + iframe on nuke skill and i frame on liberation like the rest.

edit ; the gap ebtween any other weap and yinlin weap is actualy bigger and yinlin rectifier stringmaster is also broken. and i share smae opinion with ten ten, untill now characters feel much betetr using their signatures over the standard ones.

changli hoever could be an exception bcz the gap between her weap and the standard 5* sword is insignificant in comparison. thats bcz the standard 5* sword is really good and we can also expect the same for the standard 5* gun especially of the 5* gun character would be a sub dps.
