As a child I was given huge poorly made/placed mercury fillings and I had chronic illness for 20 years. Then I had my mercury removed….there is no good substitute for real tooth! Do my composites have had to be replaced over and over again. I have had my teeth cleaned every six months for 8 years, and have had chronic tooth decay with new cavities every single visit! I feel so defeated and it has cost so much money at the Integrative holistic dentist office I wish I would have discovered Dr Ellie sooner! .

i wish i had researched before getting my first filling done it was like a surface level cavity which even the dentist said won't get anything serious till 5 years but she didn't tell me anything that it can be reversed or anything so i just told her if it's gonna get serious after 5 years we should just fix it right now, i had zero knowledge about teeths back then

Thank you for this valuable information, I have had most of my teeth repaired during my childhood as I have always been told to quickly fill cavities when they are little to prevent them getting bigger 😡... now I can see that it was such a crap and I will fight against having a filling unless I feel an isuue should I ever have a cavity again (hopefully thanks to dr. Phillips there wil be no more cavities or replacements ever 😊)

Hi Dr Ellie I just went to dental hygenist for a deep cleaning, they found 8 cavities they want to start filling in two months I have receding gums in those areas and one area or two where bone loss is apparent; should I wait 6 or 7 mths before I proceed.? Im going to start your plan today. Waiting for my zylitol SNO snowflake chips mints to come in. Are those just as good as zellies?

What about broken teeth that don’t hurt as long as I don’t eat sweets? There is a filling in both of them and they have both been broken at least 5 years.

What she is describing is an incipient caries on the proximal surface of a posterior tooth. Although those caries are not bothering the patient what appears on the xray is usually much deeper . It is usually done because it has entered the dentin ... sort of like an infection it has penetrated the skin !

My dentist is very good. Never pushing unnecessary treatments, often put me off doing some procedures, like getting veneers and told me that not every black spot is a cavity

Could i use salt water rinses to substitute for closys, it's not available in my region. We don't have a flouride mouthrinses too so I am wondering if I could use Listerine total care multi in 1 or the green tea with 2x flouride after brushing. And the zellies don't ship to my region too, so i am wondering is it alright for me to substitute it with the xylitol granules instead? i am just a student too(wondering too, will my unbalanced diet contribute to it?) I floss and brush at least 2 times daily religiously yet I found a cavity, glad to find your video, read the system care but couldn't find some of the items here. A kind reply would be much appreciated 😭

I am using the gum and mints faithfully and praying for my teeth. 77 and have all my own teeth, but they are more fragile than they used to we'll see if these things help🎉
