As mentioned, INFJ Types may not be the best individuals who can manage emotions and the like so well; however, their personality can become a key for them to master handling their feelings including rage. An INFJ in rage can destroy you. Mentally, physically and emotionally. That's the reason why I hold back. My words can be cruel, ruthless and straight up heartless if I allow myself to. It will cripple someone's confidence. I only let go of my dark self once.. and that person never dared say things to me again. A few selected hurtful words can destroy when targeted to the deserving person. My kindness is to stonewall you for weeks or months.. but then again, it drives a person crazy especially for those who have never seen an INFJ rage. I am silent not because I have nothing to say. It's because Im holding myself back with utmost self control not to destroy you OR you're not just worth my time. I'm walking away so I won't have to doorslam you on impulse. Yes, even in the midst of rage, we still think of our actions and words.. which is ever crazy and exhausting.

If it was not for the self control that this INFJ has developed over the years I would be serving a life sentence. I have had so many people in my life tell me they know what that feels like and I know it is almost always bull shit...there is almost no way to explain why my rage is boiling over and what is causing it.(I doubt anyone but my father would have listened to me)
I lived in a state of raw anger for over 11years straight...this aged me and caused me to miss out on a lot of what most people call living. I was literally a monster of rage drowning in an ocean of sadness and I have played dearly for it...wish I could turn back time, and fix me 13 years ago. Not once did I let this cause others problems because of my problems...literally a kind hearted rage machine.

There are times people will take the G out of us and when they do they get scared people think we forreal some soft ass people but in reality we're not like the video said we know how to control our emotions really well

Well, we usually like to have a generalized overall plan or think about variables of what might happen but we are naturally kind because of our innate empathy. And we also realize that staying angry only hurts us and has no impact on the other person. However, we have our limits. If your lucky, we just flay you open verbally which means ypu still have a chance of continuing to have a relationship with us. If we have put up with your bad behavior for way too long, we'll just cut off contact to protect ourselves. But that's only going to happen long after every other type would have had enough. We're way too forgiving and tolerant. So much so that when our trust is betrayed, it's hard to trust anyone who is not already in our circle of trust. And the person who violated our trust? Might as well not exist anymore as far as we are concerned because for us they don't. Good luck getting anywhere near our bubble after that. It's extremely rare to be allowed back in because it takes you doing something truly awful for us to door slam you so when we do, we are DONE. Permanently.

At work: you do your best, care about the big picture, are engaged and responsible, but eventually end up in the hospital with heart problems. Personal relationships: You care, you do your best, have good intentions, don't interfere to help keep the other person happy, but in the end they never quite notice the sacrifices you made on their behalf and how their words and actions had a total impact on the decisions you made in your life: You are a stranger to them because they are not empaths, are impulsive, they don't notice (or choose to ignore) how you felt and what happened. You mention rage and there are flareups but underlying it all there is much sorrow as well, being human makes us all fragile and vulnerable because we all die. Doesn't matter what you believe or how much power and influence or money you have, death destroys everything and time keeps getting shorter. So relationships are crucial, the steps you take in life at each moment really matter. Kindness over lies and manipulation. Being genuine and true to one's self. Others don't pay attention though, so it often ends up being a lonely road.
