I do wish that they made these with better feet and dodnt over macronage imo. I am likely spelling that incorrectly. Im guessing it has to be that way for the machines or it was an off day. They are delicious any way you make them! It is great they make them for everyone. It is crazy amazing how many they make.

That's partially true. Maybe it is in Paris, but in London, for example, the staff receives frozen shells and frozen filling separately, and they assemble them locally. But it's 100pc frozen. The ones I make myself are infinitely better.

I do think that hand made ones are better but they are much more time consuming and id bet cost more. It is fantastic that they have made these available to the public on a large scale. They are delicious.

Since 2010 Laduree shells are made in Lausanne Switzerland. Not Paris.
