I've considered at least a couple dozen "reviews" of the Mach E while driving. Some of those sources are extremely credible and have long credentials in the car review business. But this review, for me, is an outlier. I is almost condescending about things that other reviews felt were superior characteristics. The most credible EV reviews are always from people who have an EV in their garage and don't find typical EV characteristics as "eccentricities." Disappointed, really.

Nice review! When I saw that car parked in Phoenix, I knew someone in the area was reviewing it. I think this "review" (let's call it a preview shall we?) is spot on...overall, the Mach-e is a good first try but there's room for improvement. I am curious if you plan to do more real-world testing on the final production unit (in the style of Bjorn Nyland) that includes cold weather, uphill-driving, automated lane change, and ease of DC fast charging, windshield replacement, and tire maintenance. Also, it would be good to know how easily regular folks can purchase the Mach-e from dealers.

Help me understand how the MME, which you say has uncomfortable seats, drives like you are bouncing along like on a pogo stick and handles awful in the corners, gets four of five stars?

Sam..maybe I missed it but did you comment on your overall range during your testing in relation to the EPA 270 mile range? Any issues with charging it? Was kind of curious as to the real world mileage...awsome honest video as always..Thanks.

This is the Ford Cheetah to me. More feline than equine. That aside, it's still in a science experiment stage unfortunately and doesn't work as an SUV because it doesn't tow. Not saying I'll never consider an electric vehicle; electric might be the only choice for a time until alternative fuels come of age.

Many Years ago there was a Large body - then a L body Dodge Charger. small car.. Now another large one.. Point is.. times change and Car companies take risk and go for the Money. Yessss.. they could have called it a Mach-E electric and left it at.. we laugh now and get pissed off but in 20 years people are gonna say "Gas Mustang?"
