AC Electrical Circuit Analysis: Source Conversions

This video begins Chapter 5 on various analysis techniques and theorems. Here, we introduce the concept of source conversions, a way of converting an AC sinusoidal voltage source with a complex series impedance into an equivalent current source with parallel impedance (and vice versa). By "equivalent", we mean that the voltages and currents in the remainder of the circuit will be identical when one is swapped with the other.

I came from your book. It's always encouraging to watch people teaching on Youtube, specially in this "so far too complicated" subject. Thanks and greetings from Peru.

Amazing lectures, and they start all the way from the very basics too. Thank you Dr. Fiore, I'm using these to refresh what I learned in school to pivot into an EE career. Would you consider doing a series of "lab" videos where you build circuits on a breadboard?
