For the herbalist's interior, you can place saplings inside the flower pots to look more "herb-like." You can also use ferns and azalea trees, but they may look out of place.

For the firewood building 23:20, u can make them banners or just add banners on top of them and for the barber shop 17:54, u can make a banner look like a mirror and i think it will look nice if u also add shears in item frames

make a mirror for the barber shop using banner designs. ive done it before and it looked good

Just a suggestion, and an easy one at one of the lower level trading stalls into a covered wagon. or Wondering Trader style. It shows that your village is connected to the bigger world, by people that travel. Inns, pubs and hotels are also easy to make in Medieval cities as well.

You should add a big castle up on the hill. It would look great and add to the medieval theme.

Sup gamer the buildings look great, genuine tip would be to do a floor/ground texture for each building. Just grass and paths is making them look separated and too clean.

For the apothecary add some glowing frames with potions on the walls, and table, and a lit camp fire.
