Hey Suev, MMC4 dev here, thanks for trying the pack :) We just finished a big update with new bosses, improved performance, and much more interesting quests! (there are many other powerful enemies besides the Obsidilith by the way, I especially love Cataclysm)

We actually also ended up disabling Stamina too and made thirst a lot easier, because I agree they can be a bit annoying, but we wanted to keep some of that harsh survival theme. Hope you get to try it out some day!

28:43 "My name is nobody" is actually an easter egg to the book Odysseus, where Odysseus is a Trojan War veteran and is stuck far from home, he adventured through many place with his men and reached a one-eyed giant's home. There the giant trapped Odysseus's men and told them that he was gonna eat them. Polyphemus, the giant's name, asked Odysseus "What is your name?", and he said "My name is nobody." After some days of eating his men, Polyphemus got attacked and blinded by Odysseus while sleeping. When his relatives came to check, he screamed "NOBODY! NOBODY IS KILLING ME!" After that, Odysseus and his men successfully escaped blending in with Polyphemus's sheep, and when he yelled back "My name is Odysseus!" the giant knew the prophet came true, that a mortal would come blind him.

In my current save, I remember dying like 10 times due to a single dragon, and while fleeing, I met a sea serpent. So I died twice more, but then, I got so fed up with the serpent that I started hitting it with a stone axe. Apparently, if you jump while they are out of the water, and you drive them to you, like, getting them on land, jump as much as you can while hitting them every time they jump and try to kill you. I managed to kill it with a stone axe, that then broke and I had to use my fists. I felt so cool. Ice and Fire is one of my favorite mods.

As a MMC4 Hardcore Gamer, I can tell you one thing: Knowledge of the Ages & Ancient Knowledge. One is an enchant that converts item drops into exp. The other is a MASSIVE exp potion buff multiplier. Both are essential towards gaining exp. As this modpack have Apotheosis, which is where those two comes from, its actually incredibly easy to farm exp.

An easy way to get Knowledge of the Ages is through a Librarian Villager.
An easy way to gain access to Ancient Knowledge, is through a villager unlocked through Enchanted Basin.

If you ever go to Twilight Forest, you should keep a silk pick axe on you. There’s so many cute little stuff in the forest and I think it would look adorable in your home !! Also, there are a few bosses that give some cool items. If you do ever want to go to the Twlight Forest, the portal is easy to make but when you do go in, just be really careful.

I definitely relate to the whole thirst and stamina thing. That mod is cool in concept but more often than not just becomes a nuisance more than a proper bonus challenge

U need to do multiple 100 day series with big mod packs like these so you and us can get the full experience of the mods, for example this one do like 500-1000 day series

actually, the epic samurai mod is really good because you can just craft a modified katana that does the same damage of a netherite sword, so it's kinda good for early game
