This driver has a very similar driving style to the last driver driving the black RT charger that always got away. I say this as a 9 year racer myself. It seems possible that this driver has participated in the American Le Mans Series, where drivers race rain or shine...

Confident driver he seems, good lines and predictable steering inputs. Some preparation with the car, general route, alongside a radio and detector, fake plates; I would not expect police to catch this driver at all, very slim chance, unless the officer himself has experience GT racing, which none do...
