Halloween: Spooky Candle Skull with Dollar Tree Halloween Plastic Skull

Supplies for 1 Spooky Candle Skull as I decorated it.

1 plastic skull
a handful of deco pebbles or dry beans
1 bathroom tissue cardboard insert tube
1 battery operated tea light
1 plastic bag
can black spray paint
assorted glitters black, purple, fuschia, and gold
white glue
1 flat and 1 liner brushes
4 purple roses
4 black small stems from glitter stem bush
1 purple berry cluster from berry bush
1 roll black sparkle mesh/tulle
1 yd each purple mesh tubing and/or ribbon
1 chenille stem
1 plastic spider
lots glue sticks/hot glue gun and tape
scissors and wire cutters

* please keep in mind that I chose to make my decor in black and purple.
You don't have to paint your skull and just paint the candle in color of your choice.
You can also opt to use fall leaves instead of flowers.
You could also skip using glitter and use stickers making sure to seal them with mod podge or clear acrylic spray sealant.
