Hi I have a problem with the distance between the USB Ports on the front of the OPITIPLEX 9020. From experience a 12V Charging Block fits perfectly into both USB ports and fries the computer completely beyond repair . If in the future you could increase the distance between the ports that would be crazy appreciative.

I have a dell r740 server, it contains 2 hard disks in slot 0, 1 size 960 GB SATA SSD with authors 6 Hard disks in slots 2-7 size 1.92 TB SATA SSD. I create Raid1 for first and second hard disks (960 GB) and Raid 6 for hard disks from slot 2 to 7 (1.92 TB). I need install Esxi 6.5 but I have a problem : I can’t see hard disks of Raid 1 and Raid 6 . See the attached pictures to understand the problem.
please help us.

It's been one year of my first Dell laptop and I am very satisfied with Dell Services. Especially when I my computer had that blue screen of death, that Dell OS Recovery was a lifesaver sheesh ! Thank you Dell Services 😊

One question: Is there any option to have Dell Services in PC?

Warning...do not buy Dell products... support/service center is bad. We sent Alienware back for memory repair and was told because of the way Dell infuse the memory to motherboard, everything needs to be replaced. No replacement been done claiming parts not available after giving us a quote and payment. Then telling us the laptop cannot stay with the company for more than 20 days. Agreed to have it returned to us but now we are missing the whole battery pack..

Hi Team,

It is annoying to see the misleading communication from Dell support team every time. It's been a month since I raised the issue.

Here are a few data points:
Laptop purchased on: 12th December 2021
Laptop stopped working since 25th December 2021
Complaint raised on 27th December 2021
Laptopcost: 1, 24, 000 INR

Since 27th December I followed up over email & long calls multiple times. Today I received a quote saying, based on my confirmation that I'll receive a new laptop only on 10th March. How can I manage my work for such a long period of time?

Also it is communicated by your team that I'll receive a new laptop within 40 days(max) from the date of complaint. As per the Dell support team's communication I believed that I'll receive my new Laptop on or before 6th Feb 2022. But the quote I received in the email today says that I'll receive it on 10th March 2022.

I look forward to the new laptop ASAP.
