I have been attending a church by the name of Berean Baptist Church here in Nashville Tennessee. And the Sunday school for adults for the last few weeks has been regarding pre-tribulation rapture and I am currently struggling with how to respectfully refute this false doctrine that they are peddling.
I understand that there is no perfect church.
But I have a very strong suspicion that the great falling away that occurs before the second coming of Christ will be directly related to this false teaching of a pre-tribulation rapture.
If anyone reading this could offer some insight and their prayers towards how to engage this It would be much appreciated.

All of you AND Pastor Anderson to look at Luke chapter 12 very carefully starting at verse 35 where he quotes (below)

35 Let your loines be girded about, and your lights burning,
36 And ye your selues like vnto men that waite for their Lord, when he will returne from the wedding, that when he commeth and knocketh, they may open vnto him immediately.

Look it says returning from the wedding there’s not gonna be a wedding without a BRIDE?? Which means Jesus is going to return to the Earth with his bride as stated in revelation chapter 19 at the end of the tribulation…..

This is Why Christians believe that the rapture and the coming of Christ are 2 different events as the Bible teaches…. one he comes, remains in the clouds feet do not touch the ground he takes his church his second coming is where his feet actually touch the ground and he sets up his millennial reign this is his second coming after the tribulation

so then you might get confused who are the servants During the tribulation that don’t get raptured……And who do not participate in the wedding ????

They are Christians who thought they were saved other religions that thought they were saved all nations in general….. they will become servants during the tribulation they will die as martyrs during the tribulation and many of the Jews will become servants and die as martyrs for Jesus when they realize that he was truly their Messiah.

When Jesus comes with his church…….The Bible tells you in chapter 19 and 20 that 2 groups exist on earth the people left who did not take the mark of the beast and those who died during the tribulation is martyrs who will be resurrected This is called the first resurrection (As their souls were kept under the altar of God during the tribulation as they died as martyrs) they will all be allowed into the kingdom they will be assimulated into the tribes of Israel as specified in the book of Ezekiel.

So Who are the servants again during the tribulation at Jesus the second coming???? Read Luke 12 carefully one of the apostles asked Jesus who are the servants and Jesus tells him it’s anyone who is acting as a servant at the time I come

So who The tribulation for once you figure this out it’s pretty clear? Primarily for the Jewish nation and the unsaved people who would not repent……there will be more people saved during the seven year tribulation then was ever saved in the last 2000 years that is called God’s mercy including and specifically a portion of the Jewish nation.

So I’ve been reading my Bible for many many years and I’m older than you so I’ve been reading it longer what does that mean

Yes Christians know all about those things you’re talking about about Jericho and the two witnesses we get it we know that all those things weren’t just made available to you the average Christian just reading the Bible can see that STUDIES

4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

That’s why this verse does not say they Are pre-TRIB rapture people? THE great crowd because they’re not church.

1335 a little past the half of the tribulation the first 3 1/2 years and the second 3 1/2 years….. chapter 6 of revelation tells you that that part of it is called the wrath of the lamb from chapter 7 forward it is the wrath of God the whole 7 years is Wrath according to the Bible

what is the meaning of that 1335 it is when the abomination of desolation occurs in the temple It’s when the Jews will be blessed by realizing that the anti christ is a false messiah and they will have to act on what Jesus told them to do is to flee flee the city flee immediately when you see this

this is who will be blessed by that message of the 1335 by acknowledging their true Messiah Jesus……this is what Jesus said about the Jews fleeing the city and Jesus says later you will not see me until you call out to me again which means until the Jewish nation those who flee call out to him as the true Messiah…………… Jesus will not come until after that point which he does he comes back with his church in revelation 19…..to set up his millennial kingdom on the Earth again the church does not need to be here for all of these things to happen Pastor Anderson is trying to replace the church with the Jewish nation and this does not work

If Pastor Anderson really wants to stay during the wrath of the lamb as stated at the end of revelation chapter 6 and the wrath of God as stated in chapter 7 through chapter 18 until Jesus returns in chapter 19 he is more than welcome to stay and miss the rapture you will get what you believe in and what you have faith in

Daniel 9:27 is the only place that shows a week or 7 year period. The he in verse 27 is always referred to as the Antichrist. Where is the Antichrist mentioned in the context?? There is no Antecedent which you brilliantly point out in 2 Thess 2 with the man of sin being taken out of the way. But here where? The only Antecedent is the Messiah in the preceding verses. You say the abomination mentioned in vs 27 is referring to the Antichrist. Is it? Isn’t every sacrifice an abomination to God when His Son has given us the Eternal Sacrifice in the cross? As in Heb 10:26...Please explain this your whole sermon hinges on this.

Christians who believe in a pre-TRIB rapture understand the verse and Daniel that the abomination of desolation occurs in the mid part of the tribulation that’s because it’s a message to the not the church and the Jewish nation is still there at that time

Christians understand Matthew 24 we clearly see that the church is not present during the tribulation Pastor Anderson is confusing to church with Israel

There is no mid rapture it is a pre-rapture and that’s what the Bible teaches

When God says the days will be shortened he is talking about the seven year. As compared to the last 2000 years

This verse about jubilee on the 10th day of the seventh month had anything to do with the rapture it would give indication to a time which we know it’s not true because no one knows the time of the rapture not even the sun so really I’m only halfway through his sermon so full of mistake after mistake it’s very sad
