They want to maintain their Wall Street wolf stature...Govt must protect the individual investor first...A hedge fund is a group investor, so therefore the onus for SEC is to protect a guy on the street almost the same as a fund. More policing for the funds and as we can see, they hate to disclose things that's supposed to disclosed.
