1. Key features of "Overtime Payroll"
- Provide a feature to manage which types of advantages are included in the overtime base amount.
- Add two options for Overtime Base Mode:
+ Gross salary: The basis for calculating overtime salary is based on Gross Salary = Basic Wage + Advantages.
+ Wage plus configurable advantages: Overtime Base Amount is based on Basic Salary + Overtime Advantages are allowed (Overtime Base Factor is activated).
- Add two basic salary rules related to overtime calculation:
+ Taxed Overtime Work: To calculate taxable overtime salary = Actual overtime hours * hourly salary amount of the normal working day.
+ Untaxed Overtime Work: To calculate non-taxable overtime salary = Total overtime pay - Taxed Overtime pay.
- Automatically identify actual overtime hours and calculate overtime pay on employee payslips.
