My Husqvarna 128L burns a hole, or melts a hole in the air filter right over the throat of the carb. What can I do to prevent this from happening. Can not be good to run it long, that way.

I spent $25 on the Husq carb.. no changes needed to get it to run, 100%.

most dangerous thing in the world. replacing string trimmer carb.it breaks the back trying to start one of these things no matter who the manufacturer, worried about disconnecting spark plug.
