Thanks for watching. This Husqvarna trimmer wasn't starting and after taking a good look at it new fuel lines and a good carb cleaning were needed.

Thank you so much. Followed this video the whole way, replaced the fuel lines, cleaned carb, replaced filter that had come off from line. Runs as good as new. And I have never once done anything with a small engine.

Brilliant! Had the exact same problem. Renewed carb parts but never in a thousand years suspected that the carb needed readjustment. Found this video by chance, followed it, and bingo. One of the best.

This is my EXACT brand trimmer head.
I bought a battery-powered unit but I think I will give a repair of the old one a shot.
Thank you for taking the time to do this video!

Awesome video! Many youtubers explain one part of the process, but you've shown top to bottom how to take it apart, put it back together, the post-op tuning process, and why you're doing what you're doing.

I found it much easier to just replace the carburetor for $13 on Amazon comes pre adjusted and more importantly, comes with flat head screws for adjustment instead of the ridiculous EPA mandated recessed screws that require a special Pac-Man wrench. Best advice after two seasons, throw out the carburetor throw out the fuel lines throughout the spark plug and make sure to properly mix the oil exactly according to the recommendations. Don’t forget to grease the trimmer head once in a while.

Watching and hearing your explanation of adjusting the fuel mixture screws and idle screw was extremely helpful.
Hearing that you cleaned what needed to be cleaned but not seeing it was a bit frustrating.
Overall though, a great video and very useful!
Thanks for the time and energy spent sharing your knowledge.

It's very satisfying when you have diagnosed and fixed something

Thank you. This video helped me replace the carb, fuel lines and fuel filter on the same Husqvarna.

Helpful. I havethe 126LD that's run flawlessly the 7-8 years I've had it, but I've never replaced the spark plug or fuel filter and this afternoon finally started to give me problems. This will help.
2 things I would've liked to know more about:
You say clean the carb "whatever needs to be cleaned". Carbs are more complicated than that implies. I would've liked to see exactly what and how.
I also would've liked some commentary as you were tuning it, not after. Also mentioning the tools you used to do it.

But all in all very helpful. Thanks!

Great video explaining each step and even showing how to adjust the idle and adjust to how to keep it running properly. No issues changing my carburetor following your video

Wonfully narrated with detailed information, excellent videography and sound audio mix.

Most importantly, a practical solution in less than 10 mins (YaaaaY)

I just wanted to say thanks for making this video. Everything that you said and had show worked for me, and now my trimmer runs like the first day I bought it. Thanks so much again.

This has helped me a great deal, from what I have learned from this video is that my problem is the diaphragm. Thanks

Very good and informative video. The slant cut of the gas lines was a great explanation. I watched other videos and they didn’t explain that or why. Good explanation of the tuning too. All very helpful and complete.

Well done. Including the post-installment tuning process was very helpful as mine performed exactly the same way after replacing the carb. Thank you!

Thanks, helped me out! Knowing that it was ethanol chewing up the fuel line was a helpful detail. Ethanol free from now on!

The explanation of the H and L and I screws makes things clearer.... we can hear and see the results and why you did them.

Great video! I had all these issues and followed you step by step. Not only that but followed your tuning and now it runs better than in the past 2 years. Will definitely be checking out more videos of yours when i need to do my small motor fixes. Thant and be way more diligent about maintenance. Thanks again
