If he is somehow responsible for Wish, his work is AWFUL. He threw the romance in the trash, which is 85% of what has existed in these 100 years of Disney, approved songs with no charisma and terrible lyrics, and some moments in the film's story make no sense at all, whether in terms of direction or narrative. If he is really responsible, as has been said, he is more like the guilty.

Yes Disney needs new fresh ideas! All of there biggest movies started out as fresh new ideas which just proves how important new ideas are

In my opinion Disney needs to allow things to be darker too. I feel like a lot of family films in this time and age don't go dark enough, when it's dark and grim the light and happiness will be even better . Also originality needs to come out not sequels and remakes also pacing in films let the story have the time it needs sometimes it like everything has to rush to reach the 2 hour film length.
