Even more important, look up Alex Kenis' "Ball Bearing Hack" where he places a ball bearing inside the coupling for the Z-Axis...between the stepper and the rod. This allows a pivot point whilst also providing support between the stepper shaft and the 8mm screw shaft. I can't see what type of coupling you have but the coupling have is of the spiral cut type. This mod helped eliminate Z-Axis Banding. I originally began 3D Printing with I think an Ender 3 v2 and then switched to an Ender 6 which uses the CoreXY Belt Configuration. In other words, "not a bed slinger" as the bed only moves in the Z-Axis.
