I dont have patience for stuff like that. I recently got up to 11 pullups/chins and 15 dips, so started adding extra weights instead of going for more reps. For brain exercise i started playing various games like Arma3, Doom 2016, WRC, and GRID combat racing 👍

People say low or high reps doesn’t matter when it comes to being shredded I think it does make a difference these guys are all really shredded that do calisthenics and mostly be alot of reps

It’s actually better to do high weight then later in the day do high reps. Or you could do 6 sets of each workout. 3 heavy weight and then three high rep. This is a very effective way to rebuild nice sharp lean muscle.

Bro how to know the exact set that’s enough for overall training set volume because I can do 20 push ups first set, then 17 on second, 15 on third, and I stopped at the fourth which I could get only 12. I wonder should I do more set till it’s not fall under 5 reps because that’s not for hypertrophy
