I wish I knew these things before my menopause! I had a tough and traumatic plus late menopause . I had thyroid condition and heavy bleeding which continued from my 40s to 55 ! Post menopause no problems 😊 except my gynaecologist asked me to msintain a healthy weight .

I still don't understand these hot flashes. I stay in kolkata and have got hot flashes from the day I was born. Like everyone else. How will i differentiate kolkata hot flashes from menopause hot flashes
