Upgrade to Fedora 37 (from Fedora 36/35)

This is guide, howto upgrade Fedora 36 to Fedora 37 using DNF. This method works on desktop and server machines. You can also upgrade older Fedora installations (example Fedora 34/33/32) directly to Fedora 37.
I do this Upgrade from Fedora 36 to Fedora 37 with manually installed NVIDIA drivers (this needs little bit extra to work without problems).
