Biggest mistakes of a salesman, we dont lsiten, we dont ask questions and when we do we dont always ask the best questions.
You need to ask questions before you start presenting.
First level questions: surface questions, where do you live? what do you do? Only facts. Who? What? Where? When?
Second level questions: Elaborate on the second level questions. Why do you like living there? How is living there?
Third level questions: questions that reveal a persons true heartfelt motivator. why is it so important for you to vacation here in Cancun? Think of the real reason. The real reason: makes their life better, resolve conflict, you are changing someones life. Why? These questions get to the heart
