It is December 7, the 7th day of the Holiday Countdown brought to you by Evertote / Roxy Floss Co / Modern Folk Embroidery, and the 5th video by me in this series.
The song that I bring you today is a melody that I composed using a lyric that I found in Edith Rickert's 1914 book "Ancient English Christmas Carols 1400-1700". I loved the words of this song, and in particular the wassail element appealed to me.
