Idk but for me personally, just using -b/2a and finding 25/4 is way quicker than writing the whole equation on Desmos

-b/2a .... 50/8 = 6.25. Formula for x coordinate of vertex. Since a is positive we know the vertex is the low point (U shaped parabola).

Can I use a 2020 or any other paper based tutorial for the digital SAT?

But it would be easier to do it by the formula of the vertex -b/2a instead of writing it to desmos
