I think toasting the bread first and instead of using marshmallows I would use marshmallow Fluff and use a semi sweet chocolate instead would cut some of the sweet down.

👍 ✌ I like to warm marshmallows up right next to the fire right till it starts melting and turning light brown, then I light the mallow on fire for about 5 seconds and blow it out. Have to move it around and catch the hole thing on fire. DO NOT FLING .. :P Perfect marshmallow. :D
